Salary Payments Currency

As per OLD and New UAE Labour and Employment Law Rules:

  • Salary will be paid in AED Emirati Dirham through WPS.
  • If there is another decided terms, then salary can also be paid in that Currency.  
  • Salary must be decided mutually and should be paid before the start of new month. 
  • There might be a cycle of everything but let us tell you that, it must be paid within 30 Days. 
  • Salaries should not be late. 
  • There is no Cash or Bank transfer. It should be paid through WPS. 
  • Employees should bot be pushed or teased. 
  • They have right to file the Case and right to contact MOHRE for the Mediation if the employees are not paid on right time. 
  • The continuous and number of complaints can cause the, reason of trade license cancellation.
