As per OLD and New UAE Labour and Employment Law Rules: Salary will be paid in AED Emirati Dirham through WPS . If there is another decided terms, then salary can also be paid in that Currency.   Salary must be decided mutually and should be paid before the start of new month.  There might be a cycle of everything but let us tell you that, it must be paid within 30 Days.  Salaries should not be late.  There is no Cash or Bank transfer.
